Refund Policy

E-COMMERCE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND REFUND POLICY
1 ORDERING

1.1 All orders for Goods and/or Services shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods and/or Services according to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by the Supplier. The Supplier may choose not to accept an order for any reason.

1.2 Where the Goods ordered by the Buyer are not available from stock the Buyer shall be notified and given the option to either wait until the Goods are available from stock or cancel the order and receive a full refund within 28 days.

1.3 Promotional and discount codes are to be used only once where applicable and may not be combined with any other offers. Should an offer code be used more than once, or is deemed by the Supplier to abuse the fair usage policy then the Supplier can withdraw, withhold or cancel the promotional code at any time.

2 PRICE AND PAYMENT

2.1 The cost of the products and/or services will be as listed on the website.

2.2 Before the buyer confirms the order, the entire purchase price and any applicable shipping fees will be shown in their shopping cart.

2.3 The Supplier will provide the Buyer a confirmation of the order's details, price, and description of the Goods and/or Services, along with information about the Buyer's right to cancel if they are a Consumer.

2.4 Payment for the order must be provided at the time of ordering, including any relevant delivery fees.

2.5 Although items won't be shipped out until the prearranged date, customers who order products in advance must pay the full price and all applicable delivery fees at the time of ordering.

2.6 The amount owed will be considered past due, and the supplier will be entitled to immediately stop or suspend the provision of any service or subsequent delivery of goods until payment has been received if any payment is not made on time, is rejected, or is denied.

3 RIGHTS OF SUPPLIER

3.1 Prices on the Website may change from time to time, and the Supplier has the right to do so. Prices are not guaranteed to remain the same. When the Buyer puts an order, the Supplier will do all within their power to guarantee that the prices are accurate.

3.2 The Supplier maintains the right, at any time, to remove any Goods and/or Services from the Website.

3.3 The Supplier retains the right, at any time, to revoke or stop any offer code or promotion.

3.4 If the Supplier decides not to process an order or removes any goods or services from the Website, they will not be held responsible to anyone.

4 DELIVERY

4.1 If a particular delivery date has been set and it is not possible to meet it, the buyer will be informed and given the choice to accept a new delivery date or get a complete refund.

4.2 The Supplier will make a good-faith effort to deliver goods by any agreed-upon date. In any case, there will be no time of the essence for delivery, and the Supplier will not be responsible for any losses, charges, damages, or other costs that the Buyer or any third party may incur as a result of any failure to meet any projected delivery date.

4.3 The products will be delivered to the buyer's address listed on the order, and the buyer is responsible for making the required preparations to accept delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

4.4 When the goods are delivered to the buyer, or when delivery is attempted if the buyer is not present at the scheduled time, risk in the goods passes to the buyer.

4.5 Until the full amount has been paid, the title to the goods does not pass to the buyer.

4.6 Should the buyer decline a delivery for any reason, the package will be sent back to the supplier and the buyer will be responsible for the return delivery fee.

5 CANCELLATION AND RETURN

5.1 We regret that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds will be determined at the management's discretion, as our products are prepared fresh for each customer. In the odd event that a product is not up to par, please get in touch with us right away. Don't return items without first getting in touch with us.

5.2 If the buyer reports a fault or damage, the goods might need to be returned to the supplier within 7 days after being received, or by the product's use-by date or best-before date, whichever comes first. If the goods need to be returned or are damaged, the buyer will be entitled to a replacement or a complete refund.

5.3 If goods are to be returned, the packaging and proof of purchase must prominently display the order number that was received from the supplier.

5.4 We are unable to provide you with a refund or a swap. Perishable, frozen, and fresh foods cannot be returned and are not accepted.

5.5 Your item needs to be in the same unopened, unused condition as when you received it for you to be able to return it. Moreover, it needs to be in its original packing.

5.6 Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

5.7 Returns (if any) We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and inspected. Additionally, we will let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
Within a specific number of days, if you are accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically credited to your credit card or the original payment method.

5.8 First, make sure you have received your return by checking your bank account once more.
Next, get in touch with your credit card provider; it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account.
Next, get in touch with your bank. It frequently takes some time for a refund to post.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at accounts@abiglobalfood.co.uk.

6 LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

6.1 If the Supplier breaches these Terms and Conditions, the Buyer's remedies are limited to damages that cannot exceed the cost of the Goods and/or Services, unless otherwise implied by law where the Buyer is dealing as a Consumer. The Supplier will never be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage of any kind.

6.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will reduce or eliminate the Supplier's liability for any death or personal damage brought on by the Supplier's or its agents' or employees' carelessness.

7 WAIVER

No waiver by the Supplier (whether express or implied) in enforcing any of its rights under this contract shall prejudice its rights to do so in the future.

8 FORCE MAJEURE

If a delay or failure to perform arises from events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control—such as acts of God, strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, fire, malfunctioning communications, telecommunications, or computer systems, plant or machinery breakdowns, shortages, or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply—the Supplier shall not be liable for any such delay or failure. In addition, the Supplier shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.

9 GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The laws of the United Kingdom will apply to the interpretation of these terms and conditions, and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts for any disputes arising from them.

10 DISCOUNT VOUCHER CODES

We offer a variety of Discount Voucher Codes, most of which come with specific limitations attached. These conditions will be communicated when the code is released, and if the code is issued physically—that is, by being posted or delivered—they will also be explained in writing. Please call customer service right away, if your code is not working, and they will go over the terms related to your code with you. Refunds are only available for regular-priced purchases; regrettably, sales items are not eligible for refunds.

11 SUBSTITUTION OF PRODUCTS

Under extreme circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute certain products which may form part of a product or offer pack. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@abiglobalfood.co.uk

12 GIFTS

You'll get a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item was shipped straight to you and was marked as a gift when it was first purchased. You will receive a gift certificate in the mail once the returned item has been received.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he/she will find out about your return.

13 SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Abiglobal Foods Ltd: Unit 5, 75 River Road Barking, London, United Kingdom - IG11 0DR.

When returning an item, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping yourself. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you are eligible for one.

The time it takes for your replaced merchandise to arrive may differ depending on where you reside.

Shipping insurance or a trackable shipping service are good options if the item you are shipping costs more than £75. We make no promises as to when we will get your returned goods.
