  • Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a suitable person is available to receive and inspect the goods during normal business hours.

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to the absence or unavailability of the customer or their nominated recipient, risk in the goods will transfer to the customer from the time of the courier's first delivery attempt.
  • Where goods are left unattended at the customer's request or in accordance with delivery instructions provided by the customer, all risk of loss, theft, or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. We shall not be liable for any loss, deterioration, theft, or damage occurring thereafter.
  • Any claim relating to non-delivery of goods must be submitted to us in writing within seven (7) days of the estimated delivery date. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
